I’m a strong believer that the first step for change and improvement is awareness and evaluation. In the same context one important step that we offer our Frontify customers (and non customers) is to assess their Brand Maturity, through a 8 question survey, that can be found here: https://brandmaturity.frontify.com/

 

The survey will focus on the following main components: Strategy, Guidelines, Assets, Culture, Ecosystem, Process, Collaboration and Monitoring.

 

As soon as you become aware, as a brand, of where you sit in the scale, it becomes easier to define an action plan to address the weaknesses and leverage the strengths.
